Blood Inspired Accessories
Before, the magnificent bright-red color of blood was the only thing that designers could use as a way to create accessories that can be in some ways be associated with blood. But over the years, the idea of creating blood inspired accessories has continued to emerge, eventually leading to some of today’s eclectic , unique and fierce blood inspired jewels. This includes:

Blood Dripping Accessories
The sight of real blood drippings is shocking enough, let alone when seen on your neck or ears in the form of accessories. This has been the idea used by designers who created blood dripping accessories.
Bloody necklace is a perfect example of this blood jewel. Before, this kind of piece would normally be used during Halloween parties. But now, more women are trying to use it even during casual days as it truly catches the attention of many.
Blood dripping earrings are also becoming a popular piece today. This blood inspired accessory has been a hit for women as it appears just like ordinary dangling earrings, but with an added twist on it–it’s a dripping red blood. This fashion piece is perfect for giving an edge and twist to your everyday casual attire.
This picture (blood necklace result) shows you the final result and here’s what you need.
A chain from some old necklace or some type of a string.

Instructions:
Draw out the blood design with glue onto a non stick surface as shown below.
You don’t want the necklace to break, so make it thick. Polish it with a red nail polish and after it dries out, use clear nail varnish to add some glow.
Blood Drop Rings and Pendants
Other great blood inspired accessories that can truly create a unique look for you are the blood drop rings and pendants. This blood jewels may sound all crazy and bizarre, but it’s not that bad as you think.
Blood drop rings, in particular, will totally create a unique yet chic look to your fingers as its bright red color can truly exemplify your fair complexion. Same thing goes with synthetic blood drop necklace pendants. These accessories are also becoming a trend nowadays, especially that vampire wear are relatively becoming a big hit not only on television, but on stylish accessories as well.
Here’s a DIY instruction on how to make a ring
You will need a gem, some super glue and some wire (available at many DIY stores).
Step 1: Take the gem with some pliers and apply some transparent glue to the other side.
Step 2: Start wrapping the gem with wire starting from the glued area, be sure to wrap it up tightly around the gem (I would opt for x wrapping) and to use the pliars to avoid sticking your fingers to it as well.
Step 3: When you finish with the gem, place it on your finger and continue making a ring.
You are ready now to wear your “blood” ring.
If you like the idea I must admit I stole it from a wedding ring from this website. It was a diamond ring wrapped up in platinum and gold wire. It was amazing.
Blood-filled Vial Jewels
Just when you thought that blood jewels can’t get any fiercer comes the blood-filled vial accessories. Among all the blood inspired accessories that are now made available in the fashion industry, this particular piece is probably the most bizarre yet the most fashionable among them all.
This accessory can be a bit intimidating to wear as is. That is why most designers would try to create this blood inspired piece using vials in varying shape like in the shape of fangs or test tubes, fill them with synthetic blood and try to incorporate other embellishments like polished granite stones and pebbles.
These blood jewels though are not for everybody. For you to effectively pull off the looks of these unique accessories, you have to be confident with your own fashion sense, and significantly, you have to be able to embrace the inner fierceness in you.
I personally, don’t like this one, so I don’t have a recipe, but you have the description and if you decide to make one, share the instructions with us.
