With Spring here, and summer on the way, it is time for backyard barbeques and weekend family gatherings. For a fun and inexpensive party favor, buy peeps in a variety of colors as well as plastic or wooden sticks. Take 3-4 peeps, one of each color preferably, and put them on the stick just like a sucker. Wrap in cute food-safe paper and tie with a bow for an adorable favor that will look great in a basket by the door.

Pretzels, rice crispy treats, and even strawberries are easy and delicious fondues that you can cool and give out later.

If you know your guests intimately, it can make for a great surprise to get a case they will love and actually use.
