Although, there is no particular definition for this but still we can say that handmade quilts include quilts that are made with machine stitching. These types of quilts are valuable as they are warm, individual and deeply personal. Most people think that handmade quilt making is tough but it is actually easier to make them contradictory to what we think. You can make a simple and beautiful quilt using a few simple tools. To add dimensions and interests we can use different techniques for stitching and handling your quilt piece accordingly. Following are a few techniques for making a quilt manually:

b) Whole cloth Quilt:
In this type of style, weight is given on the surface design of fabric and stitching of the quilt. Besides, In order to transform a plain piece of fabric into an art work quilting paints and stamps are also used.
2. Painting With thread:
In this technique of handmade quilting, there are no strict guidelines. This technique of handmade quilt making is totally based on your own personal vision. This handmade technique can be very appealing. We should start the process by making a preliminary drawing and then add our favourite things and special events to give a personal touch to the quilt.
3. Eco-friendly Journal Quilting Technique:
In this technique, best recycled materials are used to make quilts. This type of quilting can make recycled materials look beautiful. Different options like, decorative stitching, glues and adhesives, acrylic and fabric paints, frayed edges and many more can be used to finish handmade quilted pieces.
